Today i woke up at 6:30 am and was till on bed. Everyday, first thought comes to mind is "Am I late for something?". Usually i get out of bed thinking i am late. I might miss this and that. Feeling miserable. Miserable in very morning. Other example of thought to make my day worst are "While i am working on this, am i missing something important?", "I don't have that.", "I don't have enough what i have."
But today, i made one change. Very simple change. I left the bed at 7:06 am and thought that is the right moment to happen that event. Not a minute before, not a minute after. I felt little good about it. :)
It must be similar in other case as well. So here is my other changes for today.
Everything happening is at right moment. Feel good.
Everything I am working on is right task. Feel good.
Everything I have is right possession. Feel good.
Everything I have is right amount. Feel good.
Everything I am thinking is right thought. Feel good.
Everything I am feeling is right emotion. Feel good.
Everything is right. Feel good.
Feel good, Everything else does not matter.
